Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our SaaS Product

Sales. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and

coordination between Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech Teams to keep our sales engine running

efficiently


Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and Support the customers in achieving targets and managing pipelines.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity data.
  • Maintaining sales presentation, including slides and brochures.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts in collaboration with marketing, Technical and Product team
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and product demos.
  • Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams Proactively track project deadlines


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a SaaS or tech

environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based models.
  • Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting trends in data.
  • Process oriented
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Tenders participation in government institutions and preparing documents as well.
  • Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments
  • Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to Managers as per requirement
