Software Engineer

Job Title: Python Developer (Lead) Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5-6 Years We are looking for ambitious and curious Python Developers to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who not only have a strong foundation in Python development but also bring experience in leading core teams and working with modern backend technologies. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build and maintain robust Python-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, coding, and debugging software applications using Python. Collaborate with the development team to create scalable and efficient backend systems. Lead or mentor core teams in delivering backend modules. Utilize AWS for deployment and scaling, and work with MongoDB for data management. Develop APIs using FastAPI and ensure high performance and responsiveness. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Apply software development methodologies and best practices to ensure quality deliverables. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong grasp of Python fundamentals, data structures, and OOPS concepts. Good understanding of basic software development workflows. Experience handling a core team or leading a small team is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience with AWS, MongoDB and FastAPI. Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Python libraries and frameworks such as Flask, Django, Pandas, or NumPy. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Good knowledge of version control systems like Git. Internship experience or participation in personal/academic coding projects.
