Javascript Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Frontend/UI/React Developer at the company located in Offshore (Gurugram), you will lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in designing and building cutting-edge React-based applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and backend teams to deliver robust digital solutions while ensuring applications meet security, accessibility, and performance benchmarks. You will also contribute to the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap of client-facing digital platforms, actively participate in Agile ceremonies, and facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers in designing and building React-based applications. - Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and backend teams to deliver robust digital solutions. - Review code, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance on best practices in React development. - Contribute to the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap of client-facing digital platforms. - Ensure applications meet security, accessibility, and performance benchmarks as per client guidelines. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, manage technical backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between offshore and onshore teams. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. - Deep understanding of React fundamentals including Hooks, Context API, and functional programming patterns. - Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend microservices. - Hands-on experience with Redux, React Query, or other state management libraries. - Expertise in component-driven development and design systems (e.g., Storybook, Material-UI). - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive web design. - Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (Bitbucket, GitHub). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing offshore-onshore delivery models. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Additional Details: Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a bonus.,
