Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across our cloud product portfolio. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of Infor’s next-generation applications.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX Design, and QA to deliver business-critical features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration.
Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
Champion Infor’s values of speed, innovation, and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in software development, ideally within SaaS or enterprise applications.
Experience in (programming languages relevant to the product stack — e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Experience of cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience of enterprise security and performance tuning techniques.
Experience with DevOps toolchains and practices.
Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
