Software Engineer - QA

We are assembling a strong Quant Technology team to build our next generation in-house analytics and portfolio manager support tools. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge cloud native pricing, risk and PnL platform. Responsibilities Partner with development teams to understand the requirements and design test plans Design, develop, maintain and execute automated tests to validate functionality Analyze results and identify, document and manage defects Contribute to the development and enhancement of the testing framework Ensure that our cloud-native platform meets the highest quality standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field in STEM 4+ years of proven experience in test automation (Java or Python) Experience with continuous testing and continuous delivery Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills; attention to detail Additional Requirements API (gRPC, REST), performance and load testing Test automation frameworks: Cypress, Playwright JavaScript knowledge Experience working with applications running on AWS or other cloud platforms Financial domain knowledge This is a unique opportunity to join one of the leading hedge funds in the world and enter the fast-growing world of FinTech, learning from the best in the field.
