**Role Overview:**

Wrench Expert, a leading hand tool manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for enhancing production management systems. This role is crucial in supporting and improving our existing Production Management System (PMS) to ensure efficient and smooth operations within our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **System Support and Maintenance:**

- Provide ongoing support for the existing Production Management System (PMS).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Ensure the system operates smoothly and efficiently to support production needs.

- **System Enhancement and Development:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.

- Design, develop, and implement enhancements to the PMS to increase functionality and efficiency.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system updates to ensure reliability.

- **Database Management:**

- Maintain and optimize databases, primarily using MySQL and MS Access.

- Ensure data integrity and security within the PMS environment.

- Develop and execute database queries and scripts as needed.

- **Technical Documentation:**

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system processes and updates.

- Provide clear and concise user guides and training materials for system users.

- **Collaboration and Communication:**

- Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to understand system requirements and challenges.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide technical support.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- **Educational Background:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on production management systems.

- **Technical Proficiency:**

- Strong knowledge of PHP for application development and maintenance.

- Proficiency in MySQL and MS Access for database management and optimization.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities:**

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.

- **Communication and Teamwork:**

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
