🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring across multiple roles. You should have skills in one or more of the following areas:

Frontend (React / Next.js):

• Strong command over HTML, CSS, JS  

• Familiarity with React / Next.js  

• Component architecture and responsive UI

Backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB):

• API development and integration  

• Database design with MongoDB  

• Authentication, routing, middleware

Full-Stack (MERN):

• Ability to handle end-to-end feature delivery  

• Good understanding of frontend/backend collaboration

React Native (Mobile):

• Experience building cross-platform apps  

• Familiarity with Expo or bare workflow

DevOps (Bonus):

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD pipelines  

• Deployment on Vercel, Netlify, or cloud platforms

General Expectations:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills  

• Curiosity to learn and build real-world products  

• Ability to work full-time from our office in Dehradun  

• Flexibility of working hours – we expect around 5 hours of focused work/day
