Position: Software Engineer, Development
Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic ERPXA product development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that drives business outcomes for our customers. You will work with modern technology stacks and have a direct impact on products used globally across diverse industries. Responsibilities (Essential Duties): * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, QA, and UX — to deliver best-in-class solutions. * Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. * Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. * Continuously improve existing systems and processes through innovative thinking. * Engage in agile software development practices (Scrum/Kanban). Required Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or related field preferred. * Hands-on experience on RPG, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, Free format RPG, DB2 for IBMi and SQL. * Good to have experience in Synon * Good to have experience in Java, Java Script, HTML, XML, JSON * Good to have experience on SOAP and Restful APIs. Understanding on Http request * Good to have experience on Integration technologies & methodologies. Experience with Infor ION is a huge plus. * Proven experience in software development methodologies, release management, and functional testing * Good communication and Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in development and maintenance of ERP Systems * Experience with ERP XA and/or IDF. * Good communication skills * Strong analytical skills. * Ability to multi-task; Self-learning in acquiring technical skills.About InforInfor is where ambition meets impact.
