Role Overview:

You will be a great fit, if you enjoy working on real-world systems integration challenges without getting into nitty gritties of code. If the intersection of technology and customer success excites you then you’ll thrive in this role. If you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand technical concepts to solve real world problems you are at the right place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding to our no-code IGA platform, Hire2Retire.
  • Configure employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, role changes, terminations, leaves) tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with customer IT/HR teams to integrate Hire2Retire with HRIS, Active Directory, Azure AD, or Google Directory.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions without getting into in-depth coding.
  • Understanding customer needs to enrich the product road map. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve features.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, implementation or consulting.
  • Engineering graduate (or equivalent technical background) with good analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment


Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HRIS systems, Active Directory, or IT service management tools.
  • Exposure to Enterprise systems, ERP, HRIS, ITSM, IdP, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, or data integration technologies.
