Job Description

About the Role:

SRE SRE Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of SREs focused on service reliability and platform stability.
Define and enforce
SLOs/SLAs/SLIs
to measure system health and performance.
Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.
Implement observability best practices: monitoring, alerting, tracing, and logging.
Partner with development teams to improve deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Work with Product and development teams to streamline incidents and work on permanent fixes for recurring issues
Participate in and lead on-call rotations and production incident reviews.
Support the business queries and act on them based on priority

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in SRE/Production Engineering.
Strong knowledge of
cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure
Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, Go)
Hands-on experience with any of the observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc).
Deep understanding of incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.
Experience managing large-scale systems and production-grade infrastructure.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and leadership skills.
