What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years

  of professional software development experience.
• Solid in

  Python

  (preferred)
• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, concurrency).
• Proven ability to ship features end-to-end or improve performance in existing systems.
• A problem-solver who digs deep before coding quick fixes.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Hands-on with cloud-native tech (Docker, Kubernetes, event streaming).
• Experience with large-scale data systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with identity, authentication/authorization, or other security domains.
• Contributions to open source, blogs, or tech talks.
