Roles and Responsibilities: Own end-to-end technical delivery and deployment of our solution for enterprise customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, customer success—to drive successful implementation Work directly with client IT teams to understand infrastructure, security, and integration needs Configure and deploy software in complex environments, ensuring successful rollout and performance Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding, pilots, and go-lives Document deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement Support post-deployment monitoring and performance tuning Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process standardization Must-Have Skills & Experience: Bring 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, deployment engineering, or solution implementation within large-scale, complex enterprise IT environments. Hands-on experience deploying SaaS, cloud, or hybrid solutions at scale Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure—networks, APIs, security protocols, integrations Ability to translate business requirements into deployment workflows Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication skills—comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders Prior experience with Fortune 1000 clients is a strong plus Be part of a purpose-driven team pioneering Agentic AI—building intelligent systems that take action, adapt in real time, and solve complex enterprise challenges with real-world impact Other Responsibilities: Provide technical support for enterprise accounts, assisting in client issue resolution and ensuring timely follow-through.
