Technical Delivery Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery and deployment of our solution for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, customer success—to drive successful implementation
• Work directly with client IT teams to understand infrastructure, security, and integration needs
• Configure and deploy software in complex environments, ensuring successful rollout and performance
• Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding, pilots, and go-lives
• Document deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Support post-deployment monitoring and performance tuning
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process standardization

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Bring 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, deployment engineering, or solution implementation within large-scale, complex enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying SaaS, cloud, or hybrid solutions at scale
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure—networks, APIs, security protocols, integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into deployment workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prior experience with Fortune 1000 clients is a strong plus

Other Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for enterprise accounts, assisting in client issue resolution and ensuring timely follow-through.
2. Act as a bridge between clients and the product team by sharing structured technical feedback based on real-world interactions.
3. Participate in hands-on product testing to ensure quality, reliability, and enterprise readiness.
