Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Minimum exposure of at least 2 years in Finastra Trade Finance implementation. Experience of 3-5 years preferred

·      Should have the ability to handle modifications and changes and additions to Finastra Customization layer

·      Should have the ability to handle all Finastra related APIs whether from Finastra or to Finastra

·       Should be able to prepare detailed designed of products, components, module and projects

• Make detailed analysis and write technical specifications for the requested roduct/component/project features.

• Decompose design elements into structured code, preparation and execution of test cases and development of test codes or test harnesses. Trace back through code, design and resolve issues and bugs.

• Completely accountable for own work and quality of code and designs and related test plan as well as creation and generation of  reports from Finastra Application/Database.

• Resolution of implementation and post-implementation issues.

·       End to end capability of managing Finastra Applications, both FTI and FCC along with the intermediate interface. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
• Oracle database or relational database skills
