Hiring: Senior React Native Developer (Night Shift | Remote | 6-Month Contract + High Ext)

Experience: 5+ years in React Native

Location: 100% Remote (India)

Shift: Night Shift – US EST Overlap

Engagement: 6 months (High chance of extension)

🔍 Role Overview

Senior React Native Developers

No project managers. No intermediaries. Pure engineering work.


⭐ Key Responsibilities

  • Build scalable and performant

    React Native

    mobile screens & flows
  • Implement efficient API communication (REST/GraphQL)
  • Optimize rendering performance for both Android & iOS
  • Apply

    DSA + Big-O

    thinking to real-world UI/UX and service-layer design
  • Handle navigation stacks, state management, caching, pagination
  • Debug, profile, and improve app performance
  • Collaborate directly with US engineering team during EST hours


🎯 Mandatory Skills

1️⃣ Strong DSA + Big-O Knowledge

Applied practically in mobile development for:

  • Efficient data retrieval
  • Smooth rendering of large lists
  • Pagination
  • Caching strategies
  • State management optimization
  • Faster screen load times
  • Performance-oriented architecture

(Not textbook DSA — real-world performance engineering.)


2️⃣ Senior React Native Experience

Hands-on with:

  • React Navigation
  • Redux / Zustand / Recoil / Context API
  • API integration workflows
  • Virtualized lists
  • Avoiding unnecessary re-renders
  • Memory and performance optimization
  • Clean, modular architecture


3️⃣ Bonus Skills

  • Kotlin (signal of strong Android fundamentals)
  • Experience integrating native modules
