Your role

You have extensive expertise within the functional area. You will help strengthen the Firm's cyber defense

operations, map defense capabilities to the threat landscape, foster end-to-end transparency, align

organizational priorities, develop technical requirements, and contribute to the design of the security

architecture and business processes. You will focus on one or several of the Protect, Detect, Respond, and

Recover capabilities. You will be working to protect, preserve, and prolong the value of client data and digital

services, and therefore enhance Client's brand and competitiveness in a digitized world.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer / Tech Cyber Security Specialist to:

• Design and implement brand new tool which will be used for providing extensive overview of SaaS

applications which are used by employees. This tool will also allow users to find and highlight

potential information gaps in inventory tools. Based on processed information we will be preparing

policy updates on CASB side.

• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure all polices meet compliance and security

requirements for the customer.

• Troubleshoot issues that may arise due to different data flows and API calls

• Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation.

• Prepare internal mechanisms which allow robust system monitoring and document all policy changes

due to audit requirements.

Your team

You’ll be working in the External Collaboration & Web Controls team across Switzerland, Poland, UK and India

focusing on Data Protection. We provide data protection capabilities in tools like CASB, Secure Data Exchange

and our own DLP case management tooling. This benefits the entire Banks through providing data protection

throughout interactive business activities. As a part of our team, you’ll play an important role in cyber security.

Your expertise

Essential:

• Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively, an

equivalent education or professional experience in one of these topics.

• Proven record of accomplishment with min. 8 years of work experience in IT and the last 5 years in a similar

role in software engineering.

• Experience in SW development which used Microsoft Azure Cloud services (AKS, Azure DB)

• Experience in Python programming

• Good understanding and practical experience in using / designing SQL DB

• Experience in developing & managing API integrations with external tools, e.g., Rest API.

• Basic knowledge about GIT (our software versioning system) and Gitlab (for managing tasks / sprints)

• Knowledge about Azure OpenAI is a nice to have (we are planning to use it in next iterations)

• Good understanding in infrastructure components (DHCP, DNS, AD, PKI, virtualization) with experience in

either Linux or windows administration or engineering.

• Proficient in security concepts (data security & application security).

• Experience in encryption technologies and methods is a plus as is a good understanding of regulatory an legal requirements to data management and Open Systems Interconnection model (OSI model). • Ability to coordinate and independently drive activities to successful completion.
