Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML (Tech Lead)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable AI/ML-driven products and features across diverse business verticals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and skill development.
• Drive end-to-end execution of projects — from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design teams to align technology efforts with product strategy.
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure and model pipelines, ensuring performance, versioning, and reproducibility.
• Lead and manage engineering operations — including monitoring, incident response, logging, performance tuning, and uptime SLAs.
• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and release cycles to support rapid, reliable deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and manage team deliverables and timelines.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or gaps in engineering or operations and implement process improvements.
• Stay current with trends in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and MLOps to continuously elevate team capabilities and product quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
