Position: Accounts Executive Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 1+ years (Freshers are also applicable) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are Preferred As an Accounts Executive candidate will be responsible for carrying out billing and accounts related responsibilities for the organization. Job Responsibilities: -- Must have strong English speaking communication skills -- Manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions. -- Handle the preparation and distribution of employee salary sheets. -- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and withholdings. -- Assist in basic tax-related tasks and filings. -- Handle the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including GST. -- Manage Provident Fund (PF) calculations, contributions, and submissions. -- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues. -- Generate financial reports on a regular basis. -- Utilize accounting software and tools effectively for daily tasks. -- Coordinate with vendors for accounting activities and addressing their queries -- Assist HR manager in payroll related legal compliances.
