Software Development Snr Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Continuum Rehabilitation team in developing cutting-edge EHR products leveraging cloud technologies, modern UI technologies and innovative Conversational and Generative AI capabilities. As a seasoned engineering leader, you will manage teams of over 5 engineers across India, driving innovation, efficiency, and delivery excellence. Your hands-on engineering expertise, combined with strong management skills, will ensure the development of high-quality products that meet the highest engineering standards.This role presents a unique opportunity to design and build innovative, cloud-centric applications from scratch, and make a significant impact on our technical and business strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of 5+ engineers across multiple locations in India
• Develop and implement technical strategies for EHR product development using cloud technologies.
• Drive engineering excellence, ensuring high-quality products that meet industry standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and business teams
• Prioritize and manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting growth and career development
• Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams and locations
• Bring prior experience in managing large teams and developing software products in the healthcare domain (preferred)
