Job Description

Over 10+ years of relevant experience with 4-5 years of experience in Integration platforms as preferred experience.

. Manage and implement advanced technical solutions for the Oracle integration platform product using cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes.

  • Lead critical escalation management for Integration customers.
  • Mentor and grow a specialized DSE team skilled in integration, compliance frameworks, and automation-first engineering.
  • Own and prioritize bugs impacting application integrations.
  • Deliver structured and timely Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for outages affecting clinical development and patient safety.
  • Build automation and observability tooling to improve error detection, reduce downtime, and ensure accuracy of data flows.
  • Partner with customers on integration projects, identifying risks early and implementing preventive measures.
  • You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the integration ecosystem, partner products/services, and third-party systems.
  • Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for recurring issues in patient data and clinical reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product enhancements that strengthen interoperability, security, and compliance.
  • Build Knowledge base on Integration architectures, Event-based Integrations, and best practices around it.
  • Work in Agile development environment across the globe, improving processes enabling the team to achieve higher productivity in continuous delivery environment and deliver a superior product to our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Senior Manager M3

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or enterprise integrations, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing critical healthcare system escalations under high-pressure conditions.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare data standards: HL7, FHIR, X12, EHR integrations, and clinical reporting systems.
  • Experience with automation, diagnostics, and observability tooling for regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and interoperability mandates).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through field learnings in integration platform development.
