- Manage and implement advanced technical solutions for the Oracle integration platform product using cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
- Lead critical escalation management for Integration customers.
- Mentor and grow a specialized DSE team skilled in integration, compliance frameworks, and automation-first engineering.
- Own and prioritize bugs impacting application integrations.
- Deliver structured and timely Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for outages affecting clinical development and patient safety.
- Build automation and observability tooling to improve error detection, reduce downtime, and ensure accuracy of data flows.
- Partner with customers on integration projects, identifying risks early and implementing preventive measures.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or enterprise integrations, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing critical healthcare system escalations under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong expertise in healthcare data standards: HL7, FHIR, X12, EHR integrations, and clinical reporting systems.
- Experience with automation, diagnostics, and observability tooling for regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and interoperability mandates).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through field learnings in integration platform development.
