Job Requirements

8 to 12 years of experience in NodeJS & backend stack is required.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/ ES6
Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it like express, sails.js, hapi.js, koa.js etc
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Good understanding of server-side templating languages like Jade, EJS etc
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors like SASS
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
Understanding accessibility and security compliance standards
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Knowledge of sql and no-sql databases such as MongoDB

Roles & Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Node.js applications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Utilize AWS services for deployment and hosting.
-Implement DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
