About the Role

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the Connected Delivery Platform team. This team is responsible for building the systems that enable seamless discovery, download, and installation of products and services used by millions worldwide. In this role, you will work across the full stack to develop scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications that support a global user base.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability and resilience.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand and refine requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and impact.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain technical excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and development methodologies.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to escalated incidents and ensure 24/7 platform availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in software development with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong coding skills and understanding of modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
