Product Development

• Build and maintain

• Deliver modern, responsive, and accessible web applications with

• Support cross-device responsive design.

Technical Excellence

• Ensure

  and compliance in handling sensitive PII data.
• Implement

  unit, and E2E testing

Performance & Optimization

• Drive production-level performance using

  Web Vitals

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ship seamless user journeys.
• Explore AI/LLM-enhanced UI/UX workflows and contribute effective prompting strategies.
• Contribute or learn from leading

  open-source frontend projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Next.js, React, Webpack

• Experience with

  component libraries

  (Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn).
• Knowledge of

  frontend security, testing strategies

  , and accessibility.
• Track record of shipping performant, optimized production applications.

Nice to Have

• Contributions to open-source frontend projects.
• Experience experimenting with
