Software Development Engineer - Backend

Role Summary:

We are looking for talented Backend Engineers at different experience levels to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient backend solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications, ensuring the backend architecture meets scalability and performance needs.
• Optimize existing backend systems to enhance performance and reliability, and implement scalable solutions to handle increasing data volumes and user traffic.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to backend development and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues promptly, maintaining overall stability and reliability of the backend infrastructure to ensure seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go Lang, Python, Java).
• Must have rich experience in high-level and low-level system design.
• Should be proficient in DBMS(e.g. Postgresql, SQL), data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Experience in testing frameworks and design patterns, agile method.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
