Software Development Engineer - Backend

About the Role: We are hiring an experienced SDE-II (Backend) to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of backend development and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll be involved in everything from architecture and design to deployment and optimization of backend services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to gather and define software requirements. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with clean, efficient code. Participate in system architecture and low-level design discussions. Write and optimize code using strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Review code, mentor peers, and uphold engineering best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Required Skills & Experience:2 to 4 years of hands-on backend development experience. Strong in system design and low-level design principles. Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Golang, or Python. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Familiar with version control systems like Git. Experience in Agile or fast-paced startup environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. Why Join Us?
