Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer with strong technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, with hands-on experience in programming, modern frameworks, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·      Design software architecture, workflows, and models to outline solutions.

·      Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.

·      Review and improve code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices.

·      Conduct testing across development phases to identify and fix issues.

·      Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

·      Monitor deployed software for bugs, errors, and performance issues.

·      Collaborate with programmers to resolve issues and release updates.

·      Continuously improve software features, design, and functionality.

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and designers.

·      Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages & Frameworks

·      C / C++ (strong object-oriented programming concepts).

·      Python with Django framework (backend development).

·      React.js & Next.js (modern front-end development).

·      SQL for database management and queries.

·      HTML/CSS/JavaScript for responsive front-end design.

* Core Competencies

·      Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

·      Understanding of Linux OS, including tools like sed, awk, and grep.

·      Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, deployment).

·      Solid grasp of software engineering principles and SDLC.

Soft Skills:

·      Strong problem-solving abilities to design solutions and resolve issues.

·      Analytical thinking for evaluating code, architecture, and system performance.

·      Patience and resilience when handling complex projects or deadlines.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

·      1–3 years of relevant software development experience (freshers with strong project/internship experience may also be considered).

·      Strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and modern software frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

·      Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

·      Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

·      Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·      Knowledge of API development and integration.
