What You'll Do

• Build and Scale Applications

  : Design, develop, and implement robust Python-based software applications

• AI Integration

  : Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and development productivity

• Code Excellence

  : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards

• Collaborative Development

  : Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to technical discussions

• Stay Current

  : Keep up with emerging technologies and trends in Python, AI, and software development

• Process Improvement

  : Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  : >3 years as a Python developer with demonstrated full-stack capabilities

• Education

  : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Technical Foundation

  :
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Expertise in Python frameworks, particularly Django
• Proficiency with database technologies
• Experience with version control systems

• Problem-Solving

  : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Cloud Platforms

  : Experience with Google Cloud Services, AWS, or Azure

• Frontend Development

  : Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript

• Data Science Libraries

  : Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy for data manipulation and analysis

• AI/ML Interest

  : Enthusiasm for integrating generative AI technologies

• Financial Domain

  : Understanding of investment processes or financial data analysis
