1. Work with the trader to ensure the entire daily equity transactions are carried out with accuracy and efficiency aided by in house software 
2. Interact with brokers, fund accounting and custody vendors to carry out daily essential activities in accurate and efficient manner  
3. Understand and rigorously follow regulation
4. Use Standard Operating Procedures and enhance the same as needed
5. Review and ensure applicable fees are calculated and charged as per client agreements 
6. Able to troubleshoot any issues with operational activities
7. Provide business update to the fund manager and recommend business action
8. Manage treasury part of the investment fund 
9. Other related activities 

The person should 

1. have a solution oriented mindset with capability and willingness to deal with details
2. be able to work with minimal instructions 
3. have a good  command of spoken and written English
4. have a proven ability to handle details and complete necessary work. 
5. Be able to operate a computer keyboard at a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (as verified using an online typing test)
6. have proficiency in advanced spreadsheet features. 
7. desire and ability to stay on top of new developments and be willing to learn and adapt new technologies such as Gen AI to boost productivity 
8. come up with business development ideas and solutions
