Junior developer- 5+ years

Senior Developer – Exp- 8+ years

Lead cum developer- Exp- 15 to 20 years

Technical Skillset:

Ø Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, and potentially HTML, CSS.

Ø Dynamics 365 Platform: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.

Ø Power Platform: Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI is highly valuable.

Ø Data Management: Proficiency in SQL Server for data manipulation and management. Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SSIS).

Ø Web Services: Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.

Ø CRM SDK: Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK for developing custom solutions.

Ø Plugins and Workflows: Expertise in developing and implementing custom plugins and workflows to automate business processes.

Ø Web Resources: Ability to create and use JavaScript web resources to enhance the user interface.

Ø Security Model: Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and business units.

Functional Knowledge:

Ø Understanding of core CRM concepts and business processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Ø Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ø Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.

Ø Knowledge of implementing Dynamics CRM best practices.

Ø Problem-Solving and Communication:

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide technical support.

Ø Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Ø Experience and Education:

Ø A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.

Ø Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer (the level of experience will depend on whether you are hiring a junior, mid-level, or senior developer).

Ø Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities of an MSD CRM Developer:

Ø Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Ø Customizing user interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards.

Ø Developing and maintaining plugins, workflows, and custom workflow activities.

Ø Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.

Ø Performing data migration and data management tasks.

Ø Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality.

Ø Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Ø Providing technical support and training to CRM users.

Ø Staying up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies.
