The Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Software Engineers. You will work alongside experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, learn industry best practices, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code in Java under the guidance of senior team members.
• Testing & Debugging: Participate in unit testing and integration testing to ensure software reliability and performance. Identify and troubleshoot software defects.
• Collaboration: Work within an Agile team (Scrum/Kanban) to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Learning & Growth: Actively learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools used within the company’s tech stack.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for features and modules you work on.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred).
• Strong academic knowledge and hands-on experience with Core Java concepts (OOPs, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, etc.).
• Familiarity with basic SQL and database concepts.
• Understanding of fundamental software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and a passion for coding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good-to-Haves (Any of these will be a big plus):

• Knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• A personal projects portfolio (e.g., GitHub profile) demonstrating your coding abilities.
• Internship experience in software development.
