We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong backend development experience and a keen interest in working with modern technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, blockchain integrations, MYSQl, Web3, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Docker. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate backend services with blockchain technologies using Web3.js or ethers.js, enabling secure interactions with smart contracts and Ethereum-compatible chains.
• Build and manage event-driven systems leveraging RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka to support scalable, distributed architectures.
• Dockerize backend applications for seamless deployment, scalability, and efficient containerized environments.
• Continuously optimize backend code and system architecture for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, product managers, and blockchain engineers to deliver cohesive, full-stack solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Implement and uphold strong security protocols in API development and blockchain integrations to protect data and infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and contribute to team-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong track record of building scalable, maintainable backend systems.
• Solid hands-on experience with Web3.js or ethers.js for seamless integration with blockchain networks and smart contract interaction.
• Proficient in implementing message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka to support distributed, event-driven architectures.
• Skilled in using Docker for containerizing applications, simplifying deployment, and improving development workflows.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration, with a focus on secure and efficient communication between services.
• Strong working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, and experience building distributed systems capable of supporting large-scale applications.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools to ensure smooth, reliable code delivery and version control best practices.
