Role Overview: As a Java Trainer , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to fresh graduates with a technical background. You will play a key role in shaping their foundational and advanced understanding of Java technologies, preparing them for real-world IT roles. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate , and basic REST APIs . Design and update training curriculum and materials as per industry needs. Provide hands-on coding sessions, live projects, and real-time application demonstrations. Track and evaluate students’ progress through assessments, coding tasks, and mock interviews. Mentor and guide students with career insights, problem-solving approaches, and industry practices. Coordinate with placement teams to align training output with hiring standards. Requirements: 5–6 years of Java training experience in corporate, academic, or edtech environments. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures , and Java development frameworks . Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
