HR Recruiter - Domestic

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Domestic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic positions, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet our organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for domestic hiring (understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding)
• Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), social media, references, and other innovative channels
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements
• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Bachelor’s degree (in HR, Business Administration, or any related field)
• 0–3 years of experience in domestic recruitment (preferably in IT or Non-IT staffing)
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High level of professionalism and integrity

Nice to Have

• Experience working in consultancy/staffing agencies
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes beyond recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
