About Business Line/Function
The ITG FRS is a talented group of professionals, who support the bank’s finance and risk divisions within the IT Group.The team develops and maintains internal bespoke software solutions for Finance - BEACON.Beacon is an internal global finance application that is used to report accounting controls performance results, it is essentially used to maintain a repository, track and perform accounting controls.
Beacon's Main Objectives Is To
- Provide a single global control tool where all controls are captured, maintained, and completed on a regular basis.
- Comply with BNP Paribas’ Control Framework => 1st and 2nd Level Controls
- Provide a clear linkage from Level 1 to FACT with a detailed audit trail. Display
- Display Balance based and generic controls workflows and possibility to perform different control plans (ACP, LCP…)
