Corepoint Interfaces Developer
, you will work within the ITMS Applications team to deliver high-quality integration solutions for healthcare clients. You will lead end-to-end interface development—from requirement gathering to deployment—ensuring seamless data exchange across clinical systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in Corepoint, HL7 standards, interface troubleshooting, and the ability to engage directly with client teams in a professional and consultative manner. You will also participate in on-call rotations, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance interface stability and system performance.Responsibilities
Interface Development & Technical Delivery
Design, build, test, and implement Corepoint interfaces (HL7, XML, REST, custom integrations) to support clinical and operational workflows.Take end-to-end ownership of interface development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to production deployment.Perform code reviews, testing, version control, and documentation to maintain development quality and standards.Troubleshoot interface issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply appropriate fixes to ensure system stability.Client & Stakeholder Management
Engage directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and align on implementation timelines.Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, explaining integration concepts and constraints clearly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Applications, Database, Infrastructure, Security, etc.) to drive seamless interface delivery.Operations & On-Call Responsibilities
Participate in on-call rotation for interface-related production issues, ensuring timely response and resolution.Monitor interface performance and proactively identify areas of improvement.Provide post-deployment support, ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations.Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate documentation including data flow diagrams, mapping sheets, configuration updates, and runbooks.Ensure compliance with ITIL, change management, incident management, and healthcare IT security requirements.Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and better monitoring across interface ecosystems.Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members as required.Qualifications
