About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Architect – Frontend with 14+ years of experience to lead and drive the design and development of modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a proven track record in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define architecture strategies, establish development standards, and mentor engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Architect and lead development of large-scale, component-driven web applications using Vue.js and modern JavaScript.

● Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

● Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture reviews to elevate code quality and team skillset.

● Guide the implementation of reusable components, UI libraries, and shared assets.

● Drive performance optimization, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility compliance.

● Evaluate and integrate modern tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.

● Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, design patterns, and development processes.

● Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and propose adoption plans when beneficial.

● Lead the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.

● Collaborate with DevOps, backend, and QA teams to integrate frontend deployments within broader application ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Minimum 14 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

● Deep knowledge of Vue.js (including both Composition API and Options API) and ecosystem.

● Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SCSS or LESS.

● Proficiency in frontend tooling like Vite, Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.

● Experience in building and maintaining Single Page Applications (SPA)

● Strong understanding of REST APIs, and asynchronous programming patterns.

● Familiarity with frontend testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, or Mocha.

● Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG) and Security best practices.
