The Software Architect role at Conga is a pivotal position within the Platform and AI Services team. This team is dedicated to building and innovating foundational services, components, and frameworks essential for the SaaS Revenue Lifecycle Management platform powered by AI. As an AI Architect at Conga, you will play a key role in developing AI capabilities for the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform, catering to customer needs and expanding your own skill set. Your responsibilities will involve building and supporting high-scale production code in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. One of the key aspects of this role is to contribute to the architecture and development of core AI services for the Revenue Lifecycle Platform. As an AI Architect, you will be involved in designing end-to-end AI solutions, developing data pipelines, models, deployment strategies, and integrating with existing systems. Moreover, you will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient AI solutions. Your role will also encompass managing the technical architecture of the AI platform, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will actively participate in an agile team lifecycle, including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming, and support. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 10+ years of expertise in areas such as Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Large Scale Distributed Systems, and Cloud Computing.
