Job Description

Position: Software Architect

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 7-8+ Years in Software Development (3+ Years in Architecture/Lead Role)

Key Responsibilities

Define the software architecture and technology roadmap for the Attendance & Payroll application.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Guide the development team on coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Architect modular/microservices-based solutions, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Ensure data security, compliance, and payroll-related regulations (PF, ESIC, taxation, etc.) are built into the system.
Drive performance optimization, API design, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, prepare technical documentation, and define deployment strategies.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
Experience in Sprint management, User Story management.
Proficiency in SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS cloud services
Understanding of Microservices, Event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs
Domain knowledge of HRMS/Payroll systems is plus. And Domain knowledge of SaaS environments is mandatory.
Strong system design, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
