As the Software Application Developer, Salesforce, you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions by formulating programs, developing and maintaining codes and documenting processes for consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide ongoing support to the members of your organization.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-related projects, primarily on the Force.com platform.

Lead hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Agentforce, VisualForce, Application Integration, and Data Migration.
-
Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes, and minimize new defects during break/fixes.

Perform unit testing and manage project activities across small to large initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
-
Minimum of three years’ experience developing Salesforce technologies including Lightning Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers and Classes), and Flow.
-
Experience designing end-to-end custom solutions across the Salesforce platform including administration, configuration, and custom development.
-
Ability to troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis on system defects, and implement appropriate system changes.
-
Comfortable owning and driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance.
-
Experience with build and release management tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Flosum, Copado, Gearset.

Front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Experience with Web Services, APIs, and system integration tools (REST, SOAP, ETL).
Desired Qualifications

3–5 years of related work experience on the Salesforce platform.

Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Platform Developer I/II).

Knowledge of modern Salesforce development practices including Continuous Improvement, version control, and Governor limits.

Experience with Agentforce, FinancialForce, Pardot, Propel, Einstein Analytics, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle ERP.

Thorough understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.

Experience working with ETL tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
