Description

Mission of the Role:

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Lead and drive the organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide other Agile coaches and scrum teams.
  • Facilitate advanced and strategic Agile ceremonies and workshops.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Agile transformation strategies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and high performance within all Agile teams.
  • Assess and elevate the maturity of Agile practices across the organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Organization-wide improvement in Agile maturity and adoption.
  • Significant enhancement in team velocity and productivity metrics.
  • High satisfaction and engagement scores across Agile teams.
  • Timely and successful delivery of high-priority software projects.
  • Increased quality of deliverables and positive customer feedback. Key Year One Deliverables:
  • Develop and execute organization-wide Agile transformation strategies.
  • Lead the coaching and mentoring efforts for Agile coaches and scrum teams.
  • Ensure alignment of Agile initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of Agile transformation, driving continuous improvement.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Extensive experience in project management/scrum roles.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Agile coach.
  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Agile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, Lean).
  • Deep understanding of AUTOSPICE and automotive software development.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Key Behaviors:
