Qualifications

• Strong expertise in soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, and conducting team-building activities and leadership workshops.
• Ability to assess individual and team development needs and curate tailored training solutions.
• Proficiency in evaluation and feedback methods to track progress and ensure learning outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
• Prior experience in corporate training and related sectors, along with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business, Education, or related fields, is preferred.
