Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems, ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
• Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Advocate for the user in all stages of the design and development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, design patterns, and technologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma (required), along with other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing findings from user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS understanding is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Exposure to design thinking methodologies and lean UX practices.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (optional but a bonus).
