Soft Services - Assistant Manager/Manager

1. Prepare, standardize & implementdocumentations such Risk Assessment, SOW, SOP, Audit & PAN India MIS.
2. Track and MonitorTechnical Deep Cleaning project and report to DC Vertical Head and MD
3. Provides DC Technical Cleaningtrainingand issue certifications to staff across PAN India and maintain record.
4. Performs DC Specialized vertical related duties as assigned.
5. Track and Maintain PAN India record of Equipments
6. Carry out audit and surprise visit to DC Technical Cleaning site for any violations of SOP, SOW, HSQE & Uniform on monthly basis and maintain records.
7. Carry out research and bring various solutions pertaining to DC Technical and Soft Services for Class 8 cleaning.
8. Carry out site survey as needed for DC Technical Cleaning services.
9. Pan India Project Tracking.

iv. Conducting site Audit - Carry out audit and surprise visit to DC Technical Cleaning site for any violations of SOP, SOW, HSQE & Uniform.

v. Cross check particle counts reports.

i. Equipment tracker update (on project).

2. Provides DC Technical training and issue certifications to staff across PAN India.
3. Coordinating with site team for new Project to start.
4. Following with site team for site survey
5. Providing training to new staff for DC Cleaning.
6. Review the availability of Consumable and equipment to start the project.
7. Support BD team during presentation to client queries.
8. Issuing the completion Certificate post completing site DC Tech Cleaning activity.
9. Track and Maintain PAN India record of Equipments,
10. Must be proficient in use of variety of tools such as Particular Counting Device, Air quality monitors, etc., to collect field data related to usage and analyses the results.
11. Establishes baselines and needs by quantifying consumption/utilization.
12. Continuous improvement and efficiency in process and solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to interact well with customers, internal stakeholders and team leader.
3. Good research and organizational skills.
4. Managerial Skills.
5. Knowledge of Best Practices in Data Centre Ops
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT & EXCEL) or related software.
7. Thorough understanding of Data Center building cleaning systems
8. Good understanding of methods used for cost savings analysis and reporting.
9. Ability to conduct site audit and survey.

Education and Experience:

1. A Graduate / Hotel Management Degree with additional qualifications such as BICS will be an advantage.
2. 05 - 10 years of experience in Soft Services Operations.
3. 03/04 years of experience in managing soft services in Hotel industry.
4. 03/04 years of experience in managing soft services in Data Center.
5. Certificated DCCS and other certifications will be an advantage

Physical Requirements:

1. Travel to client locations across PAN India and Overseas
2. To conduct audits at sites
