What You’ll Do:

As a Social Media Strategist and a Team Leader, you will:

Strategy & Leadership

1. Build and execute daily social media strategy for Instagram and other platforms.

2. Lead and mentor a team of creators, editors, and social media managers.

3. Align content with brand vision, campaigns, and community goals.

Planning & Analytics

1. Design content calendars and track analytics for growth.

2. Identify and stay updated on trends early and convert them into brand-centric content.

3. Plan campaigns, giveaways, activities, and collaboration ideas.

Execution & Brand Building

1. Oversee Reels, posts, storytelling, and IG brand voice.

2. Ensure consistency in posting schedules, engagement, and narrative.

3. Coordinate shoots, BTS content, event coverage, and creator partnerships.
