We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth

Roles & Responsibility:

Social Media & Content Strategy

·        Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

·        Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform

·        Maintain aesthetic, tone, and platform consistency (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals

·        Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

·        Monitor competitor activities and trends to stay ahead of the curve

·        Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics regularly

·        Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is

·        consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.

·        Craft and manage PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook &Instagram.

Qualifications:

·        4+ years of experience in social media management, & leadership role, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.

·        Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms

·        Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive results.

·        Expertise in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Sprout Social, Google Analytics etc.).

·        Must have Certified Course in Digital Marketing.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

·        Passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing trends.
