Position Overview

Mad Influence is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist to manage and grow the social presence of multiple client and in-house brands. This role goes beyond execution— you're expected to craft platform-first strategies, build engaging IPs, and drive community-led growth. You’ll also play a key role in pitching innovative proposals to onboard new clients, making this both a creative and business-impact role. Ideal for someone who blends digital intuition with sharp execution and a flair for storytelling.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Social Media Management

  • Manage end-to-end social media for multiple client brands across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and more.
  •  Align social media strategies with each client’s unique business goals and brand objectives.
  • Continuously develop platform-first strategies, campaigns, and engagement initiatives to improve performance.
  •  Build and maintain monthly social media calendars tailored to client brands.
  • Launch seasonal and high-impact campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and community-led interactions.
  • Leverage tools like Hootsuite, ORM platforms, and analytics dashboards to monitor, optimize, and report performance.
  • Play an active role in crafting innovative proposals to pitch and onboard new social media clients.


2. In-House Brand Management

  • Develop and manage social media calendars across platforms for Mad Influences' in- house brands.
  • Strategize and execute high-engagement campaigns tailored to brand identity and audience behavior.
  • Ideate and launch creator IPs to grow brand presence and strengthen the creator network.
  • Conceptualize and write engaging emailer's using email marketing tools to communicate with relevant stakeholders.


3. Insights & Analytics

  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.


4. Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and convert it into actionable social strategies.
  •  Present campaign ideas, performance insights, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—designers, editors, brand managers, and ops—to ensure flawless execution.


Qualifications:


  • Experience:

    2-3 years in social media strategy or a similar role, with proven experience managing social media for multiple brands. A minimum of 1 year of agency experience is mandatory.


  • Skills:

  • Expertise in Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TwiƩer, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit and other social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content optimization.
  • Ability to create compelling social media calendars, seasonal campaigns, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Experience in managing creator IPs and expanding creator networks.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third party social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Exceptional creative, strategic, and analytical skills.


  • Collaboration

    : Proven ability to work cross-functionally with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of social media campaigns.


  • Tools:

    Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) and basic video editing skills are a plus.
