Social Media Strategist

Profile: Social Media Marketing Executive:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate responsible for handling social media platform, strategies all the content for increasing brand awareness, content creation and campaign.

We are open to fresher’s and someone passionate for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Would Be:

• Create strategies to maximize engagement and enrich brand reputation.
• Handle Instagram by making creative reels.
• Ideating the ad campaign and photoshoot.
• Manage daily social media posts across various platforms and respond to inquiries.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Work on ideation and copywriting with appropriate hashtags and uploading on all social media channel.
• Formulate content plans to ensure social media outlets are populated with fresh, interesting, and innovative content.
• Spot trends, engagement, brand integration opportunities, and campaign opportunities on social media.
• Boost engagement & visibility by engaging with users and other brands
• Monthly Social Media Calendar Planning

Job Requirements:

• Available for a full time (in-office)
• Preferred from Delhi-NCR or willing to locate.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on Instagram.
• Expertise in creating engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content that aspires to go viral.
• Demonstrated ability to create content personally or get it done from others; being an influencer or content creator yourself is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
