Hiring: Social Media Strategist & Content Lead (Instagram)

GenC Media is expanding its social media team. We work with multiple brands across food, education, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment. We’re looking for someone who understands Instagram deeply and can turn ideas, insights, and trends into high-performing content.

What you’ll do:

• Lead content strategy and ideation for Instagram
• Script reels and short-form video content with strong hooks
• Plan content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Research trends, formats, and storytelling angles
• Collaborate on content shooting and on-ground executions when required
• Work closely with design, video, and strategy teams
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and content quality
• Track content performance and refine strategy accordingly

Who you are:

• Strong understanding of Instagram content and audience behavior
• Excellent at content ideation, scripting, and storytelling
• Comfortable with hands-on execution, not just planning
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Able to adapt content styles across different industries
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with content shooting and basic editing sense
• Familiarity with Meta trends and Instagram insights
• Exposure to influencer or brand content strategy
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
