Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Evaluator to analyze, verify, and uphold the quality standards of professionals within our vendor network. Your role will focus on reviewing applications from digital marketing specialists across multiple sub-categories, determining whether they qualify for advanced professional status, and conducting periodic reviews to ensure consistent performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Examine vendor profiles and assess their expertise across digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and AI-driven marketing.
  • Evaluate the strength of their portfolios, certifications, campaign outcomes, and overall subject-matter knowledge.
  • Identify professionals who are not meeting expected standards based on feedback, output quality, and performance metrics; recommend reclassification or removal when necessary.
  • Category Expertise Verification
  • Conduct vetting for applicants within the Digital Marketing domain, including but not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO, Local SEO, Video SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing & Paid Social Campaigns
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Advertising
  • Email Marketing & Automation workflows


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major subfields:
  • SEO/SEM
  • Paid Media (Google, Meta, YouTube)
  • Email Marketing & Automation tools
  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • CRO (Conversion Optimization)
  • Web Analytics & Reporting (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
  • AI-enabled Marketing Tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to audit marketing campaigns or evaluate creative/technical performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to spot skill deficiencies and judge quality impartially.
  • Excellent written communication for preparing evaluation notes and detailed feedback.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Background as a Marketing Trainer, Evaluator, or Subject-Matter Expert on a professional services platform.
  • Experience supervising marketing teams, freelancers, or managing end-to-end client campaigns.
